All our DRX9000 parts are direct from the original Axiom Worldwide. Amongst the huge lot many parts are clearly New Old Stock NOS, others are in such good shape can hardly tell if used or NOS, while others are clearly used, or scuffed. All come with a 30 day warranty, and we have multiples of most items in case one doesn't work. So far none sold have come back as defective, nothing we could test hasnt worked, and only one item total had a note that it -might- be bad. Some of the control panel overlays got scuffed up in poor stacking at some point, unfortunately, but we do actually have some unpeeled NOS control panel overlays as well.
From everything we can gather, majority if not all "Lombare System" / ISCS machine parts are interchangeable with original DRX9000 machine parts.

RETURN POLICY:
Please contact us via message immediately with any issues.
SHIPPING: Our items are generally pre-wrapped for shipping and ready for the label to be slapped on them. Usually, if it's light enough it will go USPS First Class. Over a pound and it goes USPS Priority Mail. But if its large and/or heavy it may go Fedex or UPS.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE: Please test any products or parts, and if necessary, return within 4 weeks from arrival if it is damaged or defective.
RETURNS (not damaged or defective): 14 day return policy with a 20% restocking fee. A lot of time goes into stocking, preparing, listing, handling, shipping and any follow ups that arise so this helps make up for those productivity setbacks.
NO PEEL SECURITY STICKERS: We usually put holographic security stickers on important electronic or mechanical components, to ensure if we take a return that only the same part we had confidence in goes back into the sale inventory for the next buyer.
