    Description

    Cold Steel WINDLASS Scottish Gold Basket-Hilted Broad Sword Chrome Metal Scabbard NOS!
    Beautiful gold colored basket-hilt, on this double-edged sword from Windlass, made in India.
    This was semi sealed in plastic, obviously never used, definitely new old stock. Blade measures 33" long, basket is approx 18" in diameter. "Windlass" stamped onto blade. Attached are the burgundy fringe on top of handle.
    ***NOTE: Because this was new and 90% sealed, there is a thick oil/wax substance inside the scabbard. I'm assuming to protect the blade. Blade was cleaned prior to photo taking. There are some markings (last photo), on blade, scarce as they are, this piece is still in near excellent condition overall. Light scratches on scabbard.
