Operating Principle:
The working principle of cyclone collector is: The mixture of dust and gas enters the dust collector along the horizontal pipe, rotates and settles at a high speed downward along the wall of the barrel, and "dust" falls into the dust barrel below under the strong centrifugal force and its own gravity, and the clean dust gas is discharged upward along the central pipe
Application:
Wide range of applications: Many rubbish in your area can be collected through it, such as wood chips, plaster dust, sanding dust, clay dust, concrete dust, bread/dust and so on
Installation Steps:
1. Place dust separator drop in center of drum lid
2. With pen, trace around base and bolt holes(the circle with a center diameter of 3.09" is the hole size of the drum lid)
3. Use 11/64"drill bit (the drill size should not be greater than the recommended size) to drill the bolt holes
4.With the Lid in an upside down position, insert provided screws, place well the separator Use screwdriver to secure and tighten
5. Attach one hose from top dust separator outlet to shop vacuum and the other hose from side dust separator inlet to your tools
or use hose by itself to pick up waste
