Condition is "Commericailly refurbished" not seller furbished, and used one since Projector has a great magnifying lens that allows you to get the machine really close to the screen, to save a lot of space. Works great and its poweful for a large or small group. I'm not 100% sure of the lumen count but it is WAY powerful.model is PT TW330U commerical use
