Well made like a vintage Kohler, Cifial or similar

brand item, (just comparing, not a Kohler or a Cifial).
Brand is not clear see the hanging bracket in the photos.
I have seen the maker stamp of Ci or Gi, AG or GA brand before but I do not know it's full name.
What I do know is that buyers were happy with it.
